I really liked the computerised bed which was able to highlight the best bed for my requirements. The member of staff dealing with me was knowledgeable and knew his way around the products on offer. He was able to guide without being over pushy.

It was actually the sales assistant he was lovely and relatable without being pushy , an absolute credit to your store you should give him a pay rise

Salesman I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable on what mattress would suit ne best. Also like the technology of seeing the bedframe I wanted on the large monitor as it wasn't on display

Got what I was looking for first time of asking.

Due to my mum's mobility issue she was advised by her occupational therapist she needed a bed & mattress combination to be between 18 and 19 inches. On arrival our sales rep opened the double doors so we could get her wheelchair in and listened to our quite specific request and found us lots of different options. His product knowledge was great and most importantly he spoke directly to my mum when a lot of people will speak to me instead of her.

I was very impressed with the store colleague Vivi who helped me on my first visit to the Dunfermline store. She was very knowledgeable about the products, listened to what I was looking for and offered options that would suit and explained about the guarantee. She was friendly and helpful but not overbearing, giving me time and space. I took some time to compare information with another store and then returned on a weekend to order with a different store colleague (Vivi not working that day) who was also helpful and processed my order efficiently. I have not yet received my mattress but have only a short period to wait, and also massively appreciate that the old mattress can be taken away (although I do think you should reduce the price to £30. £45 is quite steep and could encourage people to flytip. So yes, very impressed with the service and looking forward to a better night's sleep soon :)

I initially made an enquiry via telephone with my local Dunfemline branch. (I have previously used them). Spoke with Gus on the phone who was friendly, obliging & helpful. I then visited the branch that same afternoon & was served by Iain. I was immediately welcomed, he helped me. Offering a drink. Very professional, efficient service was provided.

Really great customer service. Kind and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough!
