Sean gave fantastic customer service and took the time to understand our needs rather than push for more expensive item

Approached by friendly staff whenever we entered the store. We explained what we were looking for and were shown exactly what we wanted. Had the opportunity to lie on the bed to test the various mattresses. Were not rushed or pressurised into buying anything. Very pleased from start to finish with quick efficient friendly service. Were also given free pillows to take away.

We just came in for a mattress for our daughter and was friendly greeted by a young man in his 20s. It was a better experience than other places we had been.

When i entered the store and was looking about i was approched by team member sean who was very professional and was willing to help and answer any question we had. He ask what we were looking for and done the dreams new bed on us to find out which mattress would suit us best. Sean then took us round the mattress and let us try these and done his best to make sure we felt comfortable. We then found our mattress and decided we would like a bed sean was a great help with this and processed our order very fast and explained everything we needed to know. I would highly recommend this store to anyone And it was a pleasure to be served by Sean and his team.
