Dreams - Dunfermline

We were looking for a bed for our spare room. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The store had a good range of beds at different prices. My wife had already seen the bed she liked and we were able to order it for delivery in a few weeks. We were delighted with our purchase.

Sean at dreams in dunfermline make our visit easy and listened to out requirements. He took us round the store to fine a suitable mattress so match the TV bed we chose and also for my back problem.

Ross was very attentive, knew the products and offered a beverage.

When I arrived at the store the assistant gave me time to look around so I felt no pressure. When I was ready then the assistant talked me through the choices I had and was very knowledgeable regarding the products. I soon made my choice, which was in the price range I had specified, so A plus to the staff.

Ross at the Dunfermline store was extremely helpful and friendly, he showed us a lot of ideas and gave us time to discuss etc.

We found Ross to be very helpful to us. It was nice to find a Salesmen when dealing with the older generation was not trying to force us into a purchase just to get a Sale. This we have encountered in the past with Salesmen/Tradesmen.
