Ross was our sales person, he was very patient with us, understood exactly what we were looking for and displayed excellent product knowledge. He also build good rapport with us, he was excellent!

The adviser was extremely helpful from when I entered to when I left .He fully understood my needs and budget and very quickly sifted through the many mattresses to show those suitable . he was friendly helpful and readily available but not pushy at all as with some places .I was given plenty time to make my mind up on my own but he was always there to answer questions

We were served by Ross in the Dunfermline store. He came over to say hi, asked what we were looking for, if we needed a hand and offered us tea/coffee when we arrived. He advised us on the different types of mattresses available and the colour coding system, then left us to browse as we said that's what we wanted to do. We chose a mattress, and he ordered it for us promptly and efficiently. He was very friendly, relaxed and put us at ease. He was very knowledgeable about the products too which was great. All in all a great shopping experience. If only all shops gave such good customer service! Thanks Ross!
