I was given full attention and was helped throughout every step of my visit about choosing the right bed for me

The chap who served me was very knowledgeable and professional, we found the bed we wanted and had the matter sorted in no time

The customer service was amazing. Our son is disabled and insisted on trying just about every bed the shop assistant went above and beyond for us. Even placing a cover over my son so he knew what it would feel like ‘tucked in’. Amazing

salesman easily available but not pushy

Dee was extremely helpful and friendly

Staff (Sean) was informative without hard selling. I felt we could take our time and get the product we needed and he gave us time to select on our own without pressure.

Store assistantvery helpful, was told I would get a call back later in the day with a delivery date as there was a problem with the mattress we chose, was called back the only small gripe I have is the delivery date was a bit longer than I'd have expected .

Sean was Excellent and very informative and friendly about the products.

Friendly, helpful guy named James took care of everything, we had a great time, I wasn't looking forward to going at all, but was very pleased I did. I would recommend your store to friend's and family. Great experience.
