Customer service was excellent My husband visited first and was very satisfied with information given from Sean. We both visited later in the day to choose our mattress and didn’t at any time feel under pressure. I would have no hesitation on recommending Dreams to friends.

Staf meeting Sean at the Dunfermline store was extremely helpful. I was unsure on firmness of mattress so he showed me the bed that helps show which is best and gave suggestions. After this he showed me the recommended mattresses along with others that were the same firmness. Order then placed very quickly and only two weeks to wait for delivery
