went to store to buy a sofa bed I'd seen on line- was shown the product and order done at cash desk very efficiently

Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Directed us to specifically what we asked for as well as giving other options. (I didn't want a mattress with springs and was directed to one in my price range). Provided us with water which was very kind.
