The gentleman Gus who delt with our enquiry through to our purchase was extremely helpful and polite and we observed a high standard of hygiene in regards to covid 19 safety protocol and felt very safe .

The store had hand sanitizer readily available. The assistant asked what we were interested in & he immediately told us about this apparatus that could help us identify what type of mattress would suit us. He was very informative, very nice & likeable person to deal with.

Very helpful staff giving genuine advice. Not pushy at all. Great range of bed frames and mattresses to choose from too.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. They kept their distance but were able to still communicate information about the products and were very imformative.
