Went in and was shown item i wanted. Place clean. Staff all had masks on. Assistant answered all my questions and was helpful and friendly. Order placed and out the door in 5 mins.

The Sleepmatch experience was an excellent guide to finding the most suitable mattress to accommodate my back problems. I was very particular about the type of mattress I wanted (double sided) and although no longer popular I was still given a choice.

From the moment I walked in the door, everything was clearly labelled and adhered to the current corona virus guidelines. The salesman that worked with me was very pleasant, he asked on several occasions if I required a bottle of water. He spoke me through everything with great detail and did not come across as pushy at all. He presented me with many options for the different mattresses that were suitable and available and I was highly impressed by the level of professionalism that he showed throughout my time in store. This was my first time visiting dreams bed and I would recommend it to any one of my family or friends.
