Did research online and website easy to use. Then visited my nearest Dreams and found product l was interested in. Was given another option to compare with which l tried. Settled on my intended mattress. One was available in the store for me to take home immediately ( rolled memory foam) Assistant was friendly and helpful and whole purchase went smoothly and quickly. New mattress seems good so far.

The minute we walked in the door the salesperson asked if we needed help he let us look around wit out hassling us and was right there when we needed help he was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products and told us about the discounts they had in store he was so pleasant and friendly and exercised social distancing perfectly his name was Robert and he worked in the dunfermline store he really is an asset to the store and we will definitely be back
