MADE TO FEEL WELCOME BY STAFF TO THE EXTENT WE WERE EVEN OFFERED A BOTTLE OF WATER ON ARRIVAL. STAFF VERY CORDIAL AND TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL THE INS AND OUT. VERY IMPRESSED

The staff were very polite and helpful in the Dunfermline store the minute we got in.the gentle man was very friendly sorry forgot his name he went and got a pillow for me to try the beds.was very knowledgable about the mattresses which help.managed to pick and pay within half and hour and the guy brought it right to the car which was great as I had my daughter with me and wouldnt manage myself .great service all round would definitely visit again.
