MADE TO FEEL WELCOME BY STAFF TO THE EXTENT WE WERE EVEN OFFERED A BOTTLE OF WATER ON ARRIVAL. STAFF VERY CORDIAL AND TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL THE INS AND OUT. VERY IMPRESSED
