Very pleasant staff and very helpful

Staff very helpful and caring ( I am in my 70's) so staff all very caring - not rushing me but took time to talk and explain the products and which bed would be better suited to my needs - over all would give staff 10 out of 10.

Both Robert, the salesman AND the manager, Kevin were exemplary in the professionalism and manner. They were very attentive to our requirements and whilst being very business-like were able to have a good laugh.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and professional assistant who explained difference in products when asked.

The guy was very helpful, advising us on which base would be good with which mattress etc.
