I am sure i will be highly satisfied with the experience, once the goods come intomy home. I like many of the products you have in store, and i feel that especially when there is a sale on, there is good value for money. The staff are cheery and friendly, but will allow you to look around and not feel pressurised or hurried. I will no doubt shop there again. The next purchace will be matressess.

Very limited choice of headboards and material colours. Disappointed that there were no brighter colours.

To be honest I would consider Dunfermline to be classed as quite a big town but the choice of products I was particularly looking for was vey limited. No offence. I hate shopping on line as I like to see and try the product if necessary.

When it came to pay for the bed which was on display we then discovered, having agreed the price, that the headboard and pillows were not included but priced seperately or had to be applied for seperately (seperate order). The salesman seemed to accept that we agree to purchase a bed without the headboard in particular, which had I not asked, we would have received a "headboard" free bed!

Went into the store to buy 2 single mattresses and did not want to be referred to the quality of the bedding on offer. Felt pressurised to buy other product. Wanted only to make a decision on the mattress. I didn't buy other products.

Although generally pleasant, the salesperson was a bit overbearing and pushy. Could have recognised that dreams were very likely to make a sale in this instance, without him hounding us around the shop every 3 minutes. Not in the habit of dragging my 3 kids, all under 4, to bed shop if not serious about buying something. At point of sale, salesperson was a bit pushy and seemed more interested in him personally making the sale than dreams overall. Some of the "sales patter" was also quite offputing. Was not up for allowing us to leave the shop to finish off other shopping and take time to digest and decide on item. Was keen to close the sale immediately and boost his figures. Can imagine others feeling uncomfortable and pressured into a sale if in similar situations. Makes sales, but perhaps doesn't lead to customer good feeling.

I believe that when purchasing my mattress the "free"pillows should have been of the same quality. I would have liked the pillows to be cool touch the same as the mattress.

Put under pressure to look at mattresses of a huge price when a proposed budget was clearly specified. Left feeling a little humiliated that I was only spending a few hundred. The service was generally good, however, the sales assistant needs to understand that not everyone wants to spend thousands on a mattress.
