Not overly happy about the fact I bought my bed and 2 days later it has come down in price.

Would have liked more variety ay lower end price range

Happy with everything, but delivery charges over the top! Would be great to have it chipper! Thanks.

We browsed a week prior to purchasing and was disappointed that the bed price had increased by 16.7 percent on day of purchase with very little room for negotiation. The day after purchase the store had a "sale" and the bed was 20percent less than the new price. Feel we have been ripped off.

Not a great selection of the type of bed I wanted in store

Item I wanted not in stock so have to wait 3 weeks.

Although the assitant was very polite and knowledgeable, I did find her a little bit patronising, but I expect her training requires her to point out on the printed invoice ' .. and this is your name, and this is your address and this is your telephone number and this is your email address'. I think 'can you check your details?' would have sufficed.

I was satisfied. Nothing in particular prevented me giving a very satisfied rating. Whilst the mattress I bought felt very comfortable I guess my expectation of comfort was too high, hence the satisfied rating. The attention and service I received was excellent.

i don't believe in giving highly satisfied, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and warrant credit for their roles.

As this was our first visit to this showroom we were happy with the service provided.
