I had to contact the store to query my delivery charges. The store were helpful and directed me to customer services. They agreed to refund the charges but I felt I had to be quite firm on this point with Katie. She suggested that I had already had discounted items and that a refund would also affect my delivery date. She agreed to my suggestion of refund direct to card to avoid affecting finance plan. I do feel it should have been much easier given that it's clearly stated on the website that delivery is free with the assembly option. I was more than happy with the store service from Keith.

a) I would have liked it if there was a delivery service for products that can be bought directly from the store. I did not have a car and it was difficult to carry my purchase. It is of course understandable that a mattress is not an impulse purchase and most people would either have the means to carry their purchase or the time to wait for delivery, but I would have been happier if that option was available. b) My purchase was an unexpected expense, so I would have liked a cheaper option but that has nothing to do with the store but with my personal circumstances.

I was satisfied with the product and the service. However it would be great from a customer prospective if you pay over a certain price then delivery should be free.

Given the order value, little offer of reductions and the "3 for 2" bedroom furniture means I'm left with a 3rd bedside unit for "free" which I have no need for and no offer of selecting an alternative product despite requesting

There is always room for improvement. Sales assistant is obviously learning the job. Was knowledgeable about products but made sure what she was telling us was correct and went out of her way to get us answers that we required.

Went on the Tuesday and was given very good help and a fair price. We also talked about the need for a mattress protector and was informed not required. Went back on the Thursday (different sales assistant). Now we are told we need a mattress protector to validate the 100 night free trial. It now cost us another £65. We were very disappointed at the extra expense.

To me, highly satisfied being the top rating,means perfection.No matter how good my experience was,there will always be something to enhance it.Hope this does not sound critical.
