Good friendly service

I made two visits, first to find out product information and range available in the dunfermline shop.sean was my first assistant. His product knowledge was excellent. I informed hi I was not able to buy that day but despite this he carried on in a very professional way as though I could. This impressed me so much I did In fact return to buy . He unfortunately did not work that day . But all staff came forward to helping welcom. with Stephanie taking the lead,she proved her product knowledge was equally good to Sean's,She was professional,cheerful and very patient. As the store was quiet that day, all staff treated me like a long lost friend,and we're very welcoming. I had great fun!! When I left the shop, not only had I purchase the divan, but the mattress, a new headboard,mattress protector,and extended guarantee! What a Good sales team. I didn't feel pressured at all as they threw in the assembly and disposal free..well it was Easter weekend! I would certainly go back for further purchases and would recommend this team and shop to all. Thankyou.

The store was well laid out with a wide choice of beds and bedding. We were assisted a few minutes after arriving at the store by Sean, who was very helpful and offered us a range of alternative mattresses. Sean's product knowledge was excellent and he made us aware of the promotion running at the time. At no time did we feel pressured, but at the same time we were fully made aware of money-saving offers which were available to us.

The assistant, Sean, was extremely helpful, offered us a tea or coffee and helped to put us at ease as we tried the different beds.

Friendly manner of service

Steph was welcoming from the minute we walked in, explaining the layout of the showroom, where each type of bed was. She was always attentive without being pushy. Her knowledge of each of her products was fantastic and offered to show us a bed that wasn't in the showeroom on her computer.

To be satisfied means I was satisfied with everything.

Nothing can be perfect. Felt good about experience and was treated very well.

Not happy with having to pay £60 to have the bed installed in my home.
