We have bought in the store before andgot the got the same sales person Kevin he was very helpful

Steph was welcoming and friendly. We were treated with care and nothing was too much trouble. Although the bed was my for my sister Steph took time time to explain everything in detail and was fantastic. Will be recommending to friends and family.

We were given a very warm welcome by Kevin, his knowledge of products was amazing nothing was a problem to him, everything was explained to the last letter, he was very pleasant and his experience throughout was nothing short of remarkable and if your company reward staff for fantastic customer service then I definitely recommend Kevin as a nominee.

Sales assistant was polite friendly had good product knowledge and although he gave us time to browse was always available to assist.

Sean was very friendly and down to earth. He helped me pick the right mattress for me and my partner. Never felt pressured into a sale and even offered cups of tea while we decided. Great service!
