Good range of products. Had what we were looking for and customer service was excellent with Iain, our customer services rep, understanding the need to give us space to browse alone but always being immediately on hand if we had a question.

The person assisting me was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He actually took an interest in why I needed a new bed for my daughter who is really struggling with sleeping. He was genuinely concerned and offered advice given to one of his family members and how it transformed their life. This is customer service that made your branch stand out. This guy deserves a raise. Think his name was Robert from your Dunfermline branch. Can't wait for the bed to arrive. My daughter will be thrilled and I hope it means it will ease her anxiety with her sleeping.

I had a good welcome at the door when I went in,The layout of the shop was good ,plenty of space to move about .I WAS allowed to look at the beds without a salesman on my shoulder. When I wanted a salesman one came over to help. A pleasant visit.

Colleagues ready and waiting when we arrived. Asked how we could be helped, gave us time to look around, gave advise when asked. Assessed our needs using in shop system. Made recommendations, gave us time to consider and decide. No pressure to buy. Completed paperwork efficiently.

The ranges on offer, the knowledge and helpfulness of the salesman (Ian, I think), he even offered me a bottle of water whilst I perused the beds. He made me feel very welcome and comfortable and seems to know everything off-hand regarding what bed had certain optional extras, what colours they came in etc.

Gus gave me great service, he was available to me to make the right decision while not making us feel pressurised to make a purchase. The entire experience was comfortable and Gus made me feel we made the right decision for my needs.
