Kevin, the member of staff who assisted us was very helpful. We went in on a Saturday and decided to mull things over that evening. On saying this to Kevin he did not try to push us into the sale but was happy for us to take time to discuss our decision. We returned the following day to buy one bed for our daughter. We were originally going to buy one for ourselves also but decided against that at this time and will purchase this at a later date. Again, when saying this to Kevin he again didn't try to push the sale.

Kevin the salesperson was excellent. Spent time with us and gave us valuable info. He was very pleasant and could not have been more helpful. We were extremely happy with our experience in dreams dunfermline fife.

We had looked at a specific bed on your website and then travelled from Falkirk to your Dunfermline store to find the bed on display for us to make sure we wanted the one we seen on your website. It was easy to find and your staff member was very helpful answering all the questions we had about the bed. He was also very helpful regarding the TV that comes with the bed and helped us find the right mattress to go with it.

Quick and efficient. Sales person was a little fast, but clear an easy to talk to. Best of all though, he listened.

The assistants make themselves known to you if you require assistance in your choice of product. Very well mannered allow you time to have a look around without being hounded. Then of course are very helpful and informative when you require them to assist in your choice.
