Friendly knowledgable member of staff efficient, in and out of the store in 20 mins having bought a bed which was being delivered in 1 week

From start to finish Sean was attentive and was willing to go to great lengths to explain, demonstrate and allow us to try many of the beds/mattresses on show. Cup of tea was most welcome and helped the whole relaxed attitude by the store staff.

Store assistant was a great help and gave us all the information we needed without making us feel pressured into buying anything which is all the more reason we bought a bed etc.

We were helped today in store by Sean. He was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right bed for our needs. We sampled pillows as well as beds of course. He told us the price of each and what the mattress was like. Very good

Friendly staff quick service

I was very pleased with the service provided during my visit. I was served by kasim who was very helpful and friendly! All the staff greeted us as we came in the store and we were all given a cup of tea. The mattress kasim helped pick out was exactly what I was looking for!

Customer assistance was friendly and informative without being imposing. The order process was quick and easy, and the delivery service was customer focused. In store staff were efficient and knew their product range. The delivery staff were true to their word, called when they said they would and delivered within the timescales they'd advised. Many thanks, to all your staff, for an effortless purchase.

You staff are so helpful and understanding ,they are a credit to your company. They made sure i had a good understanding of the product i was buying as it was for my husband who had suffered a stroke.

Was made to feel very welcome, salesman was happy to answer any questions and help explain the differences between products. This was helpful as i was buying my first bed, and not too familiar with different types of frames, mattresses, etc.
