Dreams - Dunfermline

I have a bad back that was sore when I visited. Steph was very patient and explained all types and let us try them all and gave us space and time even when my husband and I like both different types.

The sale man was very helpful and I got what I was looking for. I am gald I went the price was amazing. Just what I was looking for.The deliver time was quick.

After a poor experience in the Straiton store in Edinburgh, Kevin at the Dunfermline store looked after us very well and I am looking forward to our new matress being delivered!

The salesman, Kevin, was really helpful, didn't rush me, and even made me a coffee! I took ages to make a decision, but he was really patient. Excellent service! (And decent cup of coffee)

The salesman (I think his name is Kevin ) was friendly and helpful, even offered to deliver the two tempur pillows I had bought to my house in his own time as I was travelling by bus. A really nice gesture and a credit to your company.

During our visit to Dreams we were met at the front entrance by the very helpful and friendly Kevin. From start to finish Kevin done everything possible to ensure we had the perfect bed and even managed to give us a deal we couldn't resist ! Thanks again Dreams!

My husband and I were served by Steph in the Dunfermline store and from going in your shop, to coming out we were highly satisfied. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she explained everything so clearly. Even her knowledge of the correct mattress cover for the mattress's we chose was impressive. Please thank her from us

The assistant, Sean, was most helpful. I was able to try out a number of beds and he asked me specific questions about the type of mattress to suit my needs. He also went through the whole process of purchasing and delivery.

Hamish was very informative and listened to our requirements.
