Staff member knowledgeable, no hard sell just imparted facts and figures and allowed us to make up our minds. No immediate sale - we mulled it over, went back to store for 2nd/3rd look at items and then bought. Staff member remembered who we were and what we wanted, and was very patient and accommodating with us.

Sean provided me with clear advice and explanation on the products on offer and hereafter left me in peace to decide which mattress I was going to choose. I highly dislike being hounded by sales people but that wasn't the case here.

From the moment of entering the store we were made to feel very welcomed and comfortable . We're able to browse all beds by ourselves without being hassled .Although if we needed any assistance we only had to ask . When we eventually needed help we were dealt with very quickly and had all our questions answered and our sale went through very quickly .

Shortly after arriving at the Dunfermline store, we were assisted by Stephanie who allowed us to try all the mattresses within the range we required. Her product knowledge was excellent and she was professional and friendly. 10 out of 10 for customer satisfaction.

Kevin at dreams in dunfermline was very knowledgible and helpful to our needs, cannot say to much about the products purchased until they are installed and in use will let you know later after they have been tried and tested. Regards John wither

Hamish was professional, friendlyknow, ledgeable and eager to help. Only slight down side was he didn't want to take no for an answer when it came to extended guarantee. I know this is where the sales staff make commission but the question should be asked and if the customer is in possession of all the facts and makes an informed decision not to sign up for extended warranty that should be the end of the matter. Having said that, it wouldn't prevent me from going back to Dreams in the future and I'd certainly recommend to friends.

We bought our last bed and headboard from the same store a few years ago we were very satisfied with the service and quality so when it was time to update our mattress it was the obvious choice to go back there.
