Visited the retail park in Dunfermline Fife entered store and young chap who's name was Kasem came forward welcomed us and asked if he could help we wanted to browse so he gave us some information said to tell him if we needed help and left I personally like to be left alone till I decide then I'll ask for assistance Kasim was very knowledgeable ,very helpful ,very pleasant ,offered tea or coffee before we even started to browse we were able to wander around at ease when I did decide he was there to advise us it was the mot pleasant shop I've had I made a sale top marks to this young man should be more like him Myra adams

The salesman was great put at ease I have bought 2 sealy beds in the last year and found this visit the best the young lads are so nice the manager was on holiday and the staff looked more at ease didn't rate the manager at all

Fantastic service from Kevin; a very knowledgable young man who allowed us to take our tine in selecting what we wanted. He was immediately on hand to answer any questions we had. We were shown various products that would suit our needs but we didn't feel like we were getting pressure put on us, the sales man gave us time to ourselves to try the products out and was on hand when we need him. We think there is nothing worse than hard selling which has happened at another shop we went for a mattress.
