We received a friendly greeting on arrival and asked if we needed any help to just ask. This suited our requirements as were having a repeat of a previous order. In fact the sales person was able to assist by confirming the products we had purchased previously by offering to check the records which saved a lot of time. This is our third purchase from the Dunfermline branch based on previous experience and we were not disappointed from the service received.

From the moment when the salesman introduced himself we felt he listened to what product we would like to buy, was attentive but not pushy, was knowledgeable about the products that were available and those that met our requirements. We had specific criteria that the product had to meet and he made sure that everything he showed us met these needs. He offered us a drink whilst we waited, the purchase itself was straightforward and the salesman explained fully what all the different parts of the sale covered (delivery, 40 day satisfaction clause, insurance on product). We wouldn't hesitate to return to the store or recommend it to others in the future. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

First time I have used dreams and was really impressed the salesman Kevin was very helpfull we told him we wanted a firm mattress and advised us the most suitable for us The sale room was well placed and made it easier when trying the different mattresses also I felt very much at ease as there was no pressure for sales I would shop there again no problem we also enjoyed a nice cup of coffee while our sale was being prosessed

The customer service was excellent and the product was fully explained to us in a professional manner which made our decision very easy purchasinng our new tv bed. As mentioned before the customer service was excellent and as our 18 month old toddler had a tantrum in the middle of the store a member of staff came rushing over to him giving him a balloon to keep him happy!
