A good selection of product at competitive prices. The salesman was knowledgeable of product available and was extremely helpful with satisfying our requirements. As a result we purchased a complete bed, (mattress, base with drawers & headboard). Impressed that the old bed complete will be removed at time of delivery and new purchase will be assembled.

We were allowed to have look at items for sale without being hassled by salesmen. Once we selected a few of the items the staff were extremely helpful which allowed us to select the right one for us.

We had bought a bed & 2 bedside units a few months ago and wanted the same make/style to complete the makeover of the bedroom. once we had saved up the appropriate money needed we went in and purchased the required units.

the sales adviser did not pounce as soon as you went in the shop which gave us a chance to look round first, then when we needed help he was great helping us choose our bed and mattress. It was a lot of money but we believe we got good advice to help with our purchase. Thank you Kevin Dunfermline store

Sales person identified the product we ere interested in and was highly knowledgeable and answered all of our queries to our complete satisfaction

I was offered a drink on arrival and a place for my son to draw while I shopped. I was given a higher quality pillow to test the mattresses. Sean spent time ensuring that I tested and retested mattresses that were tailored to my needs. When my son got bored and hyper the staff helped to entertain him until my purchase had gone through.

Staff were attentive when required but were not too pushy and left us to compare items. Answered questions knowledgeably.

My experience with dreams was fantastic from start to finish, The staff were very helpful and answered any questions we had with good knowledge of the products.

Dreams colleague ( Keith) was very helpful.....advised of delivery arrangements to suit us and current offer on delivery charges....great!

Kevin, the colleague, who dealt with us showed us the types of beds we were ideally looking for. He then left us to decide for ourselves what we wanted based on what we were looking for and did not hang about or make us feel pressured to purchase.
