Dreams - Dunfermline

Sean at the Dunfermline store gave excellent customer service. He made us coffee whilst going over the order with us and was both professional and friendly.

Kevin was polite, knowledgeable and keen to answer any questions we asked. I have to say he exceeded any expectations we had about the sales staff. He was more professional than any sales man we spoke to prior to entering the dreams showroom.

The sales guy was really helpful and very polite and smartly dressed and a very happy guy and made you at ease

kashmir?? was lovely, he made us tea and coffee and was very friendly without being overbearing. credit to the store and he said hello to everyone that went past. wouldnt have bought a mattress if it wasnt for his very helpful manner
