Dreams - Dunfermline

Got a good price for the bed we purchased as it was a floor display and received a further discount due to shop needing to sell it off. The sales person was extremely polite, knowledgeable and fun to to deal with. This made it a enjoyable experience rather than a chore.

We were dealt with by your assistant Sean who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We walked into the store at 5.40pm and the store was due to close at 6.00pm. We never felt rushed and Sean took time to explain and show us items of furniture.

The whole process from finding the kind of bed I wanted and the help I received in choosing size options was quick and very informative . Also the curtesy shown by the salesman whilst the order was placed very nice to get a cup of coffee whilst the paper work was completed.

Got exactly what we were looking for and never felt pressured to buy anything we didn't need.

We were greeted on arrival and the salesman, Kevin, was helpful and welcoming. He did not rush or pressure us and let us make up our minds on our own.

Keith the manager was very helpful, he was not pushy or aggressive in his selling and he made the process very pleasant. He listened to our needs and we felt we had a very personal service.

The staff was highly knowledgeable and was giving us different points to consider about all the items and how they would benefit us

Ease of parking and plenty of assistants who were very knowledgeable. No pressure selling. Simple flow through from start t o finish.

Sean the salesman was very knowledgable and helpful without being pushy which I really appreciated, as I think there is nothing more off putting than someone hanging on your shoulder. There was a good selection in the shop and I checked prices on line before buying and Dreams came out tops , obviously I don't shop for beds often so it's good to know that my local store is in fact the best place to go to when I am shopping
