Dreams - Dunfermline

We went to look at headboards, the product range was good, salesman nice but not too much, price was reasonable so overall we were very happy.

A wide range of products, well explained by a knowledgable salesman in a friendly clean environment.

When we entered the store it was quite late and empty which can be viewed as intimidating, you often wait for some overbearing salesmen to pounce. Quite the opposite, we were met by Kasim, offered a cup of tea and given some pillows and advice on how best to navigate the available options. It's worth stressing that at no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. There were better offers online with regards to free extras on what we bought, but without a doubt I was happy to sacrifice them for the level of customer service we received at the Dunfermline store.

Not the first purchase from this store the staff are friendly but not pushy and are willing to spend time with you to make sure you get what you are looking for

The member of staff i dealt with (Sean) was absolutely fantastic! He gave me the time and space to try a variety of mattresses whilst bolstering this with a great knowledge of the products!

Salesperson was extremely friendly with a very good knowledge of your products.
