All staff in the store were very helpful, friendly and professional. I could not fault the service at all.

The staff where very helpful and knowledgeable and let us try as many beds as we wanted , then helping us narrow down our choice ,until we got the bed we wanted.

Sean is a special kind of man

Sean who served us was really friendly and helpful. He processed our order very efficiently and was very easy to deal with.

My sales person was very helpful and he also left us alone after he had discussed a few things with us. I liked this. Nothing worse than when a sales person hounds you for a sale. I'd be more likely to walk out if that were the case. He was ready when I had more questions

The knowledge of our salesperson, Susan, was very good. She explained the differences in sizes and firmness of mattresses specifically to our needs. She asked our budget and recommended the best buy for that budget. At no time we're we pressurised or forced to buy and we were given details of the special offer which was coming to an end soon.When we eventually came back to take advantage of the offer, Kevin processed our order quickly and efficiently. Overall very pleased with the entire experience.
