Kevin was very helpful and friendly, without being pushy.

It was easy to park. The store was quiet so we were seen to straight away. Susan asked us what we wanted and were directed to the correct mattresses. She asked us what kind of pillow we used and came with us as we tried the different mattresses. She was knowledgeable about how the mattresses were made and their differing features. She let us try them at our own speed. The ordering was efficient and double checked. She gave us an estimated time of delivery which was correct. We got a text message from the driver and a phone call to confirm delivery and they took the wrapping off and put the mattress on the bed for us

I looked up the item on the internet before going to the store so I new what I wanted and the staff member was only to happy to help all in all I was in and out the store in less than 30 minuets great.

Kevin helped us out over a few visits. He was very helpful and informative and had a friendly mannre offering us coffee and lots of advice.

Sean was very helpful in assisting us on our purchase. Made us feel welcoming, showing and explaining all beds in range we were looking at. his assistance at desk was excellent offering us a tea or coffee and explained in simple words contact and credit information.

The information about our purchase and the manner in which it was provided by the in-store staff(at a previous visit) and the store manager (at this visit) was excellent.

Terrific sales person knew what he was talking about put us completely at ease from the moment we entered the shop. new exactly what I wanted after telling him the type of bed I needed

Sean at Dreams Dunfermline was excellent. A very friendly and helpful colleague who even went to the effort of measureing the difference of slat height on two different beds for us. Thank you Sean.

The sales assistant (Kasim) was friendly and knowledgeable regarding the products available wth regards to our requirements.
