Dreams - Dunfermline

I was given time to browse the store and was never felt pushed into purchasing my mattress. I was shown a few different types of mattresses and was given information on each one so I could make my own informed decision on which one I would like. I was impressed with how I was treated and will come back again.

We were warmly welcomed when entering the store, given a few minutes to browse then approached by Kasim. We informed him we wanted to buy a new superking mattress. Kasim then took us through the different colour scheme beds and asked us to lie on each. He was just superb, gave us the time we needed and helped us make these tough choices! I had had to drag my husband into the shop as he was dreading the thought of the purchase but we ended up having such a great time and thoroughly enjoying the process from start to finish. Every step was explained for the purchase and our different payment options so we could find the best fit for us. We ended up spending alot more money than we intended but I know we have made the right choice for us! Kasim gets a huge 10/10 for service, professionalism, approach ability, listening and I will definitely be recommending the Dunfermline store to friends and family.

Kevin was very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly identified my needs during telephone call initially and ensured floor to seat height of bed suited my needs through inviting me to demonstrate the bed. His attitude reflects a very person-centred approach with a focus on customer satisfaction. It was a pleasure to make this purchase, further complimented by a lovely cup of coffee- much appreciated after a very hectic few days.

Staff member was friendly, had excellent knowledge and led us through our experience simply and easily. Great layout and simple to understand, didn't needlessly go around checking all products but were guided to easily narrow down options and tweak comfort level after.

Kasim was excellent in both his professionalism and customer service. He made buying, what is a major investment, a very pleasant experience. The products offered and explaination of the various types of mattresses really helped make or choice easier. Would definitely recommend your company, particularly Kasim from the Dunfermline store.
