Good value bed frame for the price and excellent, efficient and friendly service.

When we first entered we were warmly welcomed by Sean and offered refreshments. We were informed if we needed any assistance then we could let one of the staff know. We were then able to look around so we could discuss options between us without feeling like we had overbearing sales staff 'hounding' us. We showed interest in a mattress but both of us were a bit reluctant to test it out but Sean made us feel more at ease and even gave us pillows to try it out with. We explained to him what we had seen and discussed finance options and he explained them all clearly to us giving us all the information we needed. We left to discuss our options and Sean didn't make us feel awkward for doing so. We returned a short time later and Sean processed our sale quickly and with ease. He explained additional products available and also insurances which we took out. We wished our delivery could have been sooner but only as we can't wait to have our new bed. We were also able to arrange set up/install which will save us the hassle when it comes. Overall a superb service from start to finish and would recommend Sean and the store to others.

The staff member, Kasim, was extremely professional and friendly, striving to ensure that I fully understood the product and the available options. His manager, Sean, was equally welcoming and accommodating my wish for the best possible deal.

When we arrived at the store the choice of mattresses was huge, the sales assistant helped us narrow down the options to 2 mattresses. He was friendly and helpful, after this he went away and gave us time to relax and try out the 2 mattresses. Once we had made our choice he sorted out the rest of the order and paperwork. All good :-)

Very efficient staff

The assistant was friendly, knowledgeable, the transaction was quick and easy, and I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I'd looked online first, and the mattress I had been interested in was not available, meaning I had to go with something more expensive; but it's still a great mattress, and the assistant respected my budget. I was surprised it would be two weeks before my mattress was delivered, and even more so that I would only be contacted about a delivery window the day before, when most other companies I've dealt with will provide a delivery window at the time of purchase. Then, having been told in the store I'd be contacted the day before delivery to confirm a delivery window, a few days later I received a text saying I would be contacted on the day. As the mattress had to be bagged, which couldn't be done until I got up in the morning, had I been the first delivery of the day, I might have had only a few minutes' warning. When the driver did phone, he said the window would be 11am-1pm, but I then received a text saying 9.30-11am! However, the delivery was at the time the driver said, not the text. Despite these hiccups, it was overall a good experience.

Staff were very attentive, Sean in particular. Made our purchase pleasurable and easy.

Were introduced to many different types of mattresses and how they were constructed, sales person showed a lot of Patience and knowledge. Nothing was overlooked.
