Dreams - Dunfermline

I had a specific requirement for the matress and the Assistant knew exactly which ones I should be trying out. I was not sure I was intending to buy a bedframe but I was impressed with the range offered so bought that as well. I had a 22 month grandson with me and your Assistant even gave me a cup of tea so I could wander around and take time to decide before making a purchase.

Sales assistant spent a good amount of time explaining the differences between the various mattresses. We returned later in the day and made the purchase and the same sales assistant took our order and processed it efficiently. Delivery scheduled within the week.

Keith did not presure us let us walk about offered tea or coffee and a smile on his face and he waited until we asked for help witch I like as when someone hanging over you pestering you I would have walked out

Sean was very helpful and friendly. Listened to our preferences and helped us find the bed to match. Left us to try out the beds in peace but on hand for any questions.

The sales assistant Kasim was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also very pleasant.

I went in with the intention of purchasing a cheap mattress, however, the knowledge of the assistant was brilliant and he talked me through the pros and cons of the mattresses and showed me a selection of 3/4 different ones before I selected the one I wanted. Whilst I spent double the money I intended to spend, I was very grateful for the advice and knowledge and I have come home with a real quality product.

Staff very knowledgable about the products. Very friendly, helpful and made the experience very pleasant! I had my two grandchildren with me and they left feeling they had made new friends!!

Helpful staff member made it easy he was very helpful and patient. There was no pressure and it was all done very quickly.

Sean welcomed us as we came in to the store and everything planned the layout. We told him we just wanted a mattress.He explained the colour system and got us to try each one. Once we decided on the colour he took us to try some other models. He was always on hand without being pushy. He told us we could get our old mattress collected when the new one was delivered so we decided to take that service as well. We even bought the pillows we used while trying the beds!
