Dreams - Dunfermline

Top class customer service. I was unsure what mattress was best for me, but I was shown the Dreams Sleep Match bed that helped narrow the search. After that, the Dreams staff member listened to what I had to say and I’m more than happy with the mattress I chose. I also picked up a Tempur pillow that I am highly impressed with.

Gus was very attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy and our mattress was purchased very quickly and easily.

Salesman was extremely helpful and acted professionally throughout our visit.

The sales rep Candice was very professional, she was very patient with us as we had our little toddler running all over the store. Her advice was spot on and she was very friendly.

Gus the salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable, and walked/talked us around the store, after listening very carefully our requirements. I liked the pillows with cover to use around the store to check the comfort and style of the various beds we tried. He also sprayed the beds once we left each one, which was good.

The staff in the Dunfermline store were so friendly and really knowledgeable- we walked away with a mattress to be delivered in 7 days in under 45 mins!

Me and my partner have just bought our first house and Iain was amazing at helping us choose the best bed and mattress for us, we have been to a few bed stores in the last few days but the customer service was Phenomenal from Iain and the other members of staff, I can thank Iain enough for all his help

I am completely satisfied with my visit to dreams dunfermline, the gentleman that attended to us was brilliant. Taking his time to explain and go through all the different types of mattresses that were suitable for us. Would highly recommend dreams dunfermline
