Gus was very attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy and our mattress was purchased very quickly and easily.

Salesman was extremely helpful and acted professionally throughout our visit.

The sales rep Candice was very professional, she was very patient with us as we had our little toddler running all over the store. Her advice was spot on and she was very friendly.

Gus the salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable, and walked/talked us around the store, after listening very carefully our requirements. I liked the pillows with cover to use around the store to check the comfort and style of the various beds we tried. He also sprayed the beds once we left each one, which was good.

The staff in the Dunfermline store were so friendly and really knowledgeable- we walked away with a mattress to be delivered in 7 days in under 45 mins!

Me and my partner have just bought our first house and Iain was amazing at helping us choose the best bed and mattress for us, we have been to a few bed stores in the last few days but the customer service was Phenomenal from Iain and the other members of staff, I can thank Iain enough for all his help
