The staff were very friendly. We were offered refreshments while we waited. The shop was very busy. The staff did not rush us into choosing something we did not want. The staff patiently dealt with us. Very courteous.

The sales man was very helpful and listened to our needs helped us to look at the beds that would be best for us .He did not stand over us left us to try the beds at our leisure which was much appreciated.

When I first went into the store the assistant was very friendly and welcomed me to the store.When we went back to purchase our bed the assistant was again friendly and processed our order without any complications and explained to us in detail about delivery .

I have bought items from this store on numerous occasions, and each time I have been dealt with quickly and politely.

When we entered the store we where initially left to browse for a couple of minutes which was good then David welcomed us with a polite good afternoon welcome to dreams head if we need assistance with we agreed to. We found David to be highly knowledgeable about the product we where enquiring about he advertised use the best mattress for our needs as t he observed our posture when lying down over all very satisfied when we left the shop.

Given good information and the product was just what I was looking for

Sales staff greeted us, explained the various types of mattresses...allowed us plenty of time to choose. Explained the insurance offer, delivery time and collection of our old mattress. Overall it was an excellent experience

The sales team were very good at helping select a bed and pillows. Price was reasonable. I was pleased with the afercare that i will recieve at disposing of my old bed. Staff carried my purchase of pillows to my car.
