Upon arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming. They were willing to answer my questions but were not pushy, giving me some time and space when considering my options. This was much appreciated especially when a considerable amount of money is to be spent. The staff really listened, were patient and this contributed to an excellent customer service experience.

Susan that served me was probably the best service I have received in a long time. She was informative, helpful, efficient and emotionally intelligent about how much help we needed. Excellent service and with a smile.

Susan was outstanding, really friendly, took the time to understand our requirement and then made some really good suggestions, and then gave us the time to make the decision, a very enjoyable experience made so by thoroughly professional staff. Well done, I'll be back.

Friendly staff off which went out off his way to explain the its not just the mattresses that makes a good night sleep but also the pillow, which we didn't intend on purchasing any pillows when looking for new mattress.
