Was greeted with a warm welcome on entering the store. Assisted by Keith was was very polite and knowledgable, and equally did not try to push a sale. Provided exactly the information asked for and handled the sale with professionalism. What more could you ask.

Young man name of Kevin was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We were in 3 or 4 tines during the week before making up our mind as to which bed we required. This young man is certainly an asset to your company.

Kevin In Dunfermline was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful as he assisted us during our visit. We were very honest and confirmed that Dreams had been our first visit and that we planned to visit a few more shops prior to making a decision- Kevin was not “pushy” at all and ensured that we were in receipt of all relevant information prior to leaving the shop. The estimated delivery time scale was second to none and the 0% finance option and testing timescale offered was just great - I went to work today and praised the overall Dreams experience to which 2 colleagues called their wife’s and arranged to visit a store closer to their homes Hopefully the mattress will be as good as the support received so far

the gentleman that served us was fantastic, we had no idea what we were looking for he gave us time to look around, but was close by to help answer the 101 questions we had, nothing was a problem, and he was not pushy at all, we are glad we traveled a bit further to our local dreams store, instead of shopping else where, customer service was first class.

I have a new bed

Laura the assistant was very pleasant, friendly and helpful on both occasions when visiting the store.

I have used the Dreams shop in Dunfermline twice and have been really impressed with the level of service on both occasions. The first purchase was a double mattress in excess of £1000 and was the first time I had bought a mattress at this price; the sales assistant had a clear knowledge of the products and was very patient as I tried out all the possibilities. She was very supportive in helping me make the right decision. The second purchase was for single mattresses for my children and on this occasion the assistant drew on his own experience of having children the same age as mine to guide us to the right choice. He understood something of the specific needs of a child's mattress to account for their developing bodies and was happy to point out the best examples within my price range. Overall, I am very impressed with Dreams. It is the closest shop to where I live which was part of my decision to try there in the first place, but having received this high level of service I will not hesitate to return in future and recommend to friends and family.
