Helpful from the moment we walked in. Mark listened to our requirements and guided us through the different choices we had for our specific needs. We also liked the 40 day option to change the mattress if we are not entirely satisfied.

The salesman Sean was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. The store was clean with plenty information (colour coded bed covers etc) available to point us in the right direction. There was no pressure to point us in any direction. WE were given good information and left to make our mind up.

Large range of mattresses and Susan had knowledge of every one we wanted to look at. She has a thorough understanding of your products in our experience

Susan had a wide range of product knowledge. All the information she gave us was relevant and any further questions we had she answered.

We’re assisted by 2 colleagues and both were very easy to deal with and helpful. We then went home to measure up and came back to order and they remembered us and processed the order very quickly

Went into look around, then got help from an assistant,who explained different mattresses then showed us them .

The store assistant Mark helped us greatly in selecting the mattress that we wanted. He even got us a better quality one due to the sale that was on .
