The salesman, was very helpful and even offered us a cup of tea and a pillow. He had a lot of experience and he didn't come across in a pushy manner which for me is the best way to sell a product. We ended up getting a better mattress for a good price Thanks to the assistant. He was with us from start to finish in the process.

When we first arrived at store we were surprised at how many different matresses there was but Sean soon put us at ease and helped us choose the right matress to suit our needs.

The Manager of the store in Dunfermline who dealt with our visit was extremely helpful, attentive and went into the details of each option which may fit the requirements we put forward. We were given all the time we needed to come to a decision we were happy with. Nothing was too much trouble to explain or demonstrate. The whole experience was very relaxed and overall a very pleasant buying experience. The delivery and aftercare information has also been excellent. Thank you and well done Dreams.
