Good service friendly staff showed me lots of options

From the minute we entered the store we were met with friendly staff who offered us coffee and made us feel relaxed, there was no pushy sales pitch the guy just asked us what we were after and gave us great advice on what type of mattress we needed

I have to say this was one of the easiest and smoothist purchases I think I’ve made in any shop. Very helpful staff.

The member of staff was very knowledgeable and was of great assistance to me. He informed me of different products and told me the difference between each bed. I was very happy with the service i received.

Friendly service,not pushy

The assistant Mark was very knowledgeable and explained the duffernces on mattresses to me and helped to select what I needed. No pressure in any way was put upon me. Very helpful gent.

The sales assistant was not in the least pushy. He gave us info then left us to browse. When we went in it was freezing outside and snowing and the sales assistant welcomed us in and even offered us tea or coffee to warm us up. Left that day without buying our mattress but went back next day and made sure the nice chap got the sale.

Good advice and assistance given by Keith and he took time to explain and assist. Very friendly nade ys fel comfortable
