The salesman Mark was very knowledgeable about all the products and easy to talk to

Laura was extremely knowledgeable and the whole process was very easy. No hard sell and she was very good with our toddler who took a shine to her. After being in numerous shops looking for a mattress this is the first one we felt provided a personal service rather than a scripted sales pitch.

Mark's knowledge and friendliness was exceptional as was Keith's when we placed our prder the following day.

The layout of the store was open and inviting and I found the assistant greeted us but gave us time to look about before coming over and offering assistance. He was very helpful and directed us to products tailored specifically to our needs. There was no pressure and he was very friendly and helpful throughout. It was a very easy and hassle free shopping trip and we got the bed we were looking for. No negative issues whatsoever.
