We were looked after very well and the product was explained in detail.

I thought that the in store attendance was excellent, the only issue I had was value for money.

my wife and I have visited this store before and always found the service and the friendliness of the staff and the goods we were searching for.The store itself is situated in a perfect area for us and KEITH the store assistant was most helpful in explaining to us if we had any problems or require any more information to phone the number he gave us

Lovely bright and clean store. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Not pushy for a sale. Free to try out various beds. I was given a coffee too! Quality products at reasonable prices. We would shop again. Highly recommended. Five stars.

The assistant was very good on product knowledge but was very good at not hanging around when you needed to test the bed. A good sales person indeed.

Welcomed to store as walked in, but did not feel bombarded to purchase. Assistant- Sean the assistant, was informed and friendly and not too pushy, which would have put me off. He seemed to know the shop stock well and answered my questions appropriately. He compared different mattresses and allowed us time to browse. He offered us tea/coffee while we thought about a purchase, which we declined as not necessary, nice to be offered though.

I was Highly Satisfied with my recent visit to Dreams Dunfermline. From the minute i walked in the staff( Mark) was very helpful. I knew exactly what i wanted as i had been looking on your online site before i went to the shop. He helped me get the bed and mattress that i wanted at a price i could afford.This was my 2nd trip to Dreams as i previously purchased bedroom furniture and was really pleased with it.I would highly recommend Family and Friends to shop with youselves.
