The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful . They listened to our requirements and the research we had done ourselves before guiding us to mattresses that may have been of interest to us.

Susan was very patient and understanding of the dilemma I was having with my husband. she explained several times about the different products available and helped us to decide on our product. she was very pleasant and helpful.

I saw a bed I liked online and showed the salesman the picture. He took me straight to it and gave helpful advice on mattress choice.

Your assistant, Sean, could not have been more considerate. He explained the differences in the bed frames and mattresses and helped me to select items based on his knowledge and my previous purchases from other stores.

I was given quick customer service, staff was very helpful and gave me the options I needed from listening to what I was looking for

I felt that my experience warrants highly satisfactory as the bed I have purchased is exactly what I was looking for at a reduced price which I didn't expect! I have been searching for at least 6 months but Sean in the shop assured me I was getting a really good bed & of course he was a really friendly member of your staff made me feel at ease so much so I bought the bed without my husband being there I felt so confident about it! Was given advice and recommended mattresses which was very helpful. Mark was friendly and very informative. The order was placed quickly and was able to get a delivery date to suit. He also arranged for uplift of old mattress and for delivery men to put recycling bag on mattress . All in all a very good experience.
