We went in knowing exactly what we wanted and Mark was helpful, knowledgable and showed us how the sleepsofa worked. Being able to get a delivery quickly was also a plus because we expect visitors soon.

Keith asked if he could help and left without hassling us when we said we were fine. He was available the times we did need to know more information. He was very friendly and helpful.

Susan assisted us in our purchases, she was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and extremely friendly & helpful, it was a pleasure to do business with someone so nice . She never hounded us or pressurised us in anyway, unlike some assistants in other stores.
