Derrick was extremely helpful. He clearly knows your products well as he was able to answer all of our questions effectively and provide us with quality advice whilst not being too pushy. He was also very friendly and patient (we took some time to decide what we wanted to buy. Nothing was too much trouble. We feel that we got a good deal on our purchase and enjoyed the shopping experience. We left the store as very happy customers.

my partner and i went to dunfermline retail park , i said oh dreams lets go have a look but we are not buying anything today, we opened the door and was instantly greeted by Sean who told us try all the beds after he had explained all the colour and pricing to us, we had not been in dreams for 5 mins when tea and coffee was offered, we saw a bed that was perfect for our needs the truscott k adjustable smart tv bed omg can not wait until delivery

The staff said 'Hello' as we came in the door and shortly afterwards came over to ask if he could help. On finding out what we required he showed us the items that were in the store, and gave us a clear rundown on how the item operated and its history which we appreciated. The service was very friendly at all time and was a pleasure to be there and speak to the staff.

Staff helpful, good selection of products and colour coding for type of mattress was helpful. 20% off also a key factor.
