Dreams - Dunfermline

In our search for a new bed we visited various stores including your store in Dunfermline. We saw a bed that would suit us and after a few days while visiting family in Midlothian we went to your store in Straiton and we were very impressed with the girl who dealt with us and her knowledge of the product that several days later we returned to Dunfermline and purchased one. Looking forward to our bed being delivered.

Debbie was very good with use. Gave us lots of help. As we had a 6 month old with us. She took extra time helping us find the best mattress

We had a wonderful experience. Staff were really friendly, encouraging us to try out the products. We also were made to feel relaxed, we had a cup of tea while the sales staff set up our order and helped us entertain our 1 year old.

Everything I was looking for was there in the shop. Not rushed or pressurused by the staff. Tried out lots of beds and was well informed by staff of any questions I had. Receiver a cup of tea while I was making up my mind!

Found bed frame and mattress to suit our needs

We were welcomed into the store by Sean with a cheery good afternoon. Offered us tea or coffee before we started looking for our new bed. He was able to answer any questions that we asked. Completed our order with ease, bed being delivered when I asked for the date. Great service overall and will be back again if I need another bed.
