The colleague (Sean) went out of his way to assist, taking time to explain the various mattress comfort levels and made suggestions/recommendations based on our existing mattress, and the ones that we were trying in the store.

Sean was very good, we knew what we wanted as seen online, (just wanted to check colour and see the actual size which the exact one was in the store) he said 'Hi' and left us alone then we asked for a demo of the bed which he was happy to do. Good quick service as that's what we wanted. :)

After the initial hello do you need any help greeting was left to browse your store but an assistant was always near by to answer any questions we had.

Sales Person was very helpfull and attentive to our needs and gave us good hounist Advice about our purchase ( and a cup of tea)

Susan the member of staff who assisted us was invaluable with her depth of knowledge. She was able to translate our ideas and requirements into practical solutions. All members of staff were courteous, helpful and friendly.

Sean was very helpful, explaining the differences between the products we were considering and answering our questions with obvious excellent product knowledge. He then left us to consider our options before returning to us again to answer a few more technical queries we had. The process was smooth, easy and quick.

Great range of products and we found a very good offer.

I was Happy with the service as I knew what item I was going to buy the staff were very friendly and helpful got the delivery the exact day we wanted it That's the second Bed we have bought from the shop in the last year definitely a 100% service. Will be back.x

The sales man was very helpful. He listened well to what I wanted. He took his time to ask me what I wanted and to show me all of the different matresses and frames.
