We didn't know where to start on how to know what mattress would be best. Iain could not have been any more helpful, which made the process so much easier for us and we knew we were purchasing the right mattress for our needs.

The shopping experience in Dreams Dunfermline was made so much easier by the very helpful and knowledgeable staff member called Gus He showed us a number of mattresses that would suit our needs and gave a balanced and detailed description of all of these products

Gus was absolutely amazing. He talked us through the entire process and gave us time to think. He allowed us space and time to look at the products and make our decision. He even told us if we needed to go away and come back that he “pretty much lived there” and made us feel we were more than simply another sale. We cannot praise his customer service enough.

We were shown the beds in our price range, invited to test them for individual comfort preference, the shop was clean, airy and staff friendly and pleasant. The service was exceptional, fast and made easy to understand details of purchase with fast digital confirmation. The delivery fast as expected, confirmed and well manuevered round a winding staircase. Purchase experience excellent overall.

The sales person was helpful but most importantly honest. Guided me to the beds I wanted to see and to the equivalent mattresses (as the one I wanted wasn't in store) for me to try
