staff were very friendly recommending which item would be most suitable for my needs. Ordering the item was done quickly with no troubles also having a Saturday delivery was excellent due to me working through out the week. Overall I had a very pleasant service and will return to this store for further purchases in the future.

My Mum and Dad are both disabled and were looking for a suitable bed. Your staff couldn't do enough to help them gain access to the beds as my dad is in a wheelchair and advised on the most suitable product for there needs. Staff were very knowledgeable on the product they required and couldn't have been more courteous. Very impressed with the service

Hayley was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and she went out of her way to find the best deal for us as we were buying a number of beds and wanted them delivering to a different address to where we live. She was very friendly and her colleague even made us a cup of tea.

We were met as we entered the store by Linda who then left us to look round without pestering us, she then came over when we wanted her assistance and showed us the mattress we wanted to look at and explained about it and the others on display. We tried the mattress by laying on it then proceeded to make our purchase.
